Michelle Loch, our CEO and Founder and creator of our frameworks and programs, is an expert in the neuroscience and psychology of human motivation, self-leadership and powerful conversation. Subsequently our programs all begin and map back to these three critical aspects of Leading with Substance - leading yourself, and leading or collaborating with others.

Several times a year we offer our signature Conversations of Substance programs as 'public programs' meaning you can sign up as an individual or with a few people from your organisation.  Mostly these are held in Brisbane, however for the last two years we have collaborated with schools in Cairns to bring our program to North Queensland.  Our Conversations of Substance program is a coaching and conversation mastery program - delivered across three levels - and accredited with the ICF (International Coach Federation). 

On completion of all three levels of our Conversations of Substance program, you can apply for a Leading Humans Coach Certification which is recognised by the International Coach Federation.

We develop tailored leadership programs for aspiring, new and experienced leaders to support them in their next level of personal and professional development.

We offer individual and team coaching, mentoring and facilitation.  

ONLINE. We have a number of online programs you can access that are self-study and self-paced.  Our goal is to increase the number of these significantly during 2023 so you can continue to learn inexpensively and in small, useful bites.  See what's available in the PROGRAMS LIST below.

PRISM Brain Mapping is the world's first self-awareness and development tool built and based on the concept of neuroplasticity that is, the understanding that attention changes the brain and that we can engage in self-directed neuroplasticity.  Leading Humans was one of the first in Australia to take up this new tool, and our facilitators are experienced in working deeply with the tool with individuals and with teams.

We work extensively with schools and are passionate about creating Schools of Substance - that is, school cultures that work for humans.  We have developed a student program called the HACK Program (how to HACK being human) as a part of our Schools of Substance initiative.
